Le Rougail Bringelle lactofermenté de Pot en Ciel Kréol célèbre l’aubergine réunionnaise ("bringelle"), travaillée selon une technique de lactofermentation naturelle.
Tranchée finement, agrémentée de piment cabri, d’épices créoles et de sel naturel de Saint-Leu, la bringelle se gorge de saveurs intenses et développe une texture fondante, légèrement acidulée.
Sans vinaigre ni conservateur, ce rougail est naturellement riche en :
- probiotiques vivants
- vitamines (C, K, B)
- enzymes digestives
