L’Achard Papaye Pimentée lactofermenté de Pot en Ciel Kréol réinvente ce grand classique de la gastronomie réunionnaise.
Préparé avec de la papaye verte fraîchement râpée, du piment cabri et des épices créoles, cet achard est sublimé par une lactofermentation naturelle qui préserve le croquant et enrichit les arômes.
Sans vinaigre, sans conservateur, il développe des saveurs intenses et une richesse nutritionnelle unique :
