Le Rougail Margoze lactofermenté de Pot en Ciel Kréol sublime le fameux melon amer réunionnais (margoze), ingrédient phare de la cuisine créole.
Tranché finement, agrémenté de piment cabri, d'épices créoles et de sel naturel de Saint-Leu, le margoze est fermenté selon un procédé artisanal ancestral, sans vinaigre ni conservateur. Ce mode de lactofermentation naturelle révèle toute sa richesse aromatique, lui conférant un goût intense et légèrement amer, équilibré par la fermentation.
